I am writing to invite you to participate in a research study conducted by the Asian Liver Center at Stanford to assess provider knowledge regarding hepatitis B. We are VERY interested in understanding your knowledge gained about hepatitis B during your nursing career. If you are willing to participate, please complete the survey at the link below:

The survey should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  For more information about our study, including the risks and benefits, please refer to the attached research consent form. No signature is necessary. By submitting your survey online, you will be consenting to participate in the study and grant us authorization to use you answers for study purposes only. Your responses will be completely anonymous.  Only our research staff will have access to the raw data.  Any information will be reported only in aggregated (averaged) form.
